I have query regarding the licence, where do I ask?

Hi, I have the Event Calendar Pro plugin as we are non profit organisation. I have a query (and suggestion) regarding the licence but Im not sure where to post it because its my understanding that we are not entitled to submit support questions.

What can I do I do if anything to get a response from M.T.?
