    I logged in today to get the updated list of attendees, and now they are all not there. I can see that 25 tickets have been sold. I have tried accessing the list with the instructions on your site, but have not been able to recover it. Can you please advise me on how I might fix this?

    I have applied the newest update and it appears to be fixed!

    I’m happy to hear the new release fixed it!
