    I had download the free version, then purchased the Events Calendar PRO version and was browsing around and noticed there were all these extra features! Can some tell me if I am not using the correct purchased version? Thanks

    Hey there, bradkrauza! Welcome back to the forums. 🙂

    Do you have the latest versions of the plugins installed? The Events Calendar, The Events Calendar PRO and WooCommerce Tickets are currently on version 3.9.3. You can download the latest version of The Events Calendar here and the others by logging into you account on this site, then heading to My Account -> Downloads.

    You should see all available features for each plugin when everything is updated to the latest versions. Let me know if you’re not seeing a specific feature and I’d be happy to look into it more. 🙂

    Hey there, bradkrauza–this thread has been quiet for the last couple of weeks, so I’m going to go ahead and close it. I did want to let you know that we released version 3.10 for all our plugins this week, so it might be worth updating yours to the latest versions (and backup your files and data, of course!) and see if you still see any issues here.
