    I need help with my recent upgrade purchases. I do not know why, if I just purchased a license for pro, that I am being notified that I renewed an item. Really? Renewed when I just purchased it last week.
    I was trying to upgrade everything to Agency. Please help. user: [email protected]

    I have another purchase today Order: 1151146 in trying to upgrade. We need to get this corrected. Yes refund and yes agency bundle. Need this done asap as I am starting work on this in a few hours.
