I can't see the "View as" menu in the calendar page

Hello!

The menu “view as” does not appear in the calendar page. Nor I can see the next links:
List View: http://hejbarn.se/events/upcoming
Month/Calendar View: http://hejbarn.se/events/month
Week View: http://hejbarn.se/events/week
Day View: http://hejbarn.se/events/today or link to a specific day with the format, http://hejbarn.se/events/yyyy-mm-dd/
Map View: http://hejbarn.se/events/map
Photo View: http://hejbarn.se/events/photo

So far the only things that i can see from the calendar is the main page:

and the single event page:

http://hejbarn.se/event/barnhack-pa-tekniska-museet/

Could you give me a clue what is happening. I try to deactivate all the other plugins and change theme ( my theme is Gameplan) and still does not work!

The problem is resolved, I reinstalled everything from 0 again, wordpress, theme, and the events calendar plugins, and now everything is running perfectly!
