    I have updated versions of wootickets, eventcalendar, and woocommerce in place. As soon as I upgraded to EventCalendar 3.0, I lost the ability to save or add tickets. I am currently waiting to start 5 new events that I will be selling tickets for. This is particularly URGENT! I have disabled all plugins besides woocommerce, the calendar and wootickets, but the problems continued. I also changed to base theme, but again, the problem remains. I CAN’T STRESS ENOUGH HOW IMPORTANT THIS IS TO MY BUSINESS………….

    I also just realized that the entire ticket widget is not functioning, since you cannot upload a pic for the ticket.

    I have done the same thing, and I have the same problem. Please, could you help? It’s really urgent to me too.

    Hi flaviarusso, we are indeed actively investigating and you have already opened a thread about this – to avoid confusion, since the cause of this may be different in craigkirby’s case, it would be best to pursue this in that thread (in your case).

    craigkirby: as above we are actively investigating, and as I did with flaviarusso I’d like to reiterate our full troubleshooting steps as I strongly suspect this is a conflict and want to ensure we have covered all our bases to ensure we’ve got an accurate picture of what might be causing this:

    * You should deactivate all plugins except for those by Modern Tribe (The Events Calendar and WooTickets) and of course WooCommerce

    * Please also revert to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Twelve

    * Now test to see if the problem is resolved

    * If it is, reactivate everything one-at-a-time, testing at each stage

    * The problem may not recur, but if it does please note down whichever component (a plugin or your theme) you last reactivated before the problem returned

    Can you run through that and let me know if it yields any useful information?

    I am pretty sure I stated in the original comment, as well as checking the appropriate boxes, that I had done all of the above. I think the most useful information I have at this point is that the entire ticket widget does not work

    Indeed, but past experience suggests it is well worth reiterating the steps in full since people interpret the directions in the checkboxes differently.

    Can you let me know what browser you are using – and if this also occurs when you try using a different browser?

    I wonder if flaviarusso is using Google Chrome, because when I used Safari, I was able to add/save tickets. That solves my problem. Thank you very much!

    Yes, I was using Chrome. Now I tried with Safari and this solves my problem. But since I’m working for a client I’ll need a fix for Chrome… Thank you anyway!

    Absolutely. Since it is sounding as if Chrome is the common link here I have put the information to our developers and they will of course see if they can fix it.

    We should be all good here after all of the recent bug fixes that have gone out. If anyone still finds this to be a problem please do go ahead and create a new thread to bring it back to our attention. Thanks!
