    Hi,
    I bought event ticket plus plugin in your site,and i receive email with this title: Your account on The Events Calendar
    We can’t login in site and download our product.
    Please help us as soon as possible.

    I could find your user information in our database, this means your account exists and it’s active. The associated email is the same you used when posting this thread and if you don’t remember your password you can do a password reset → https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/lost-password/
