i can't find the .zip file

I ordered events pro and I can’t locate the zip file. I downloaded it a couple of times but am unable to locate it still. Ive looked in all the folders. I have Events Calendar already installed by the way, from a week earlier. (Im very green when it comes to computers/ internet.) Thanks

Hi Chuck,

Thanks for your purchase and your post 🙂 I suspect that your browser or computer is set up to automatically unzip safe files upon download, and that’s why you’re not seeing a .zip file. Do you see a folder called events-calendar-pro in your Downloads folder? If so, you’ll want to right click the folder and look for an option that says Compress or Zip. That option will remake the folder into a .zip file that you can upload to your site.

If the above doesn’t work, please let me know what you are seeing and what kind of computer you’re using- that should help me troubleshoot further. Thank you for your patience while we get you set up!
