Hello Brendan
I found the issue and now I need new help. I
had to change my wordpress site over to a temporary site and we rest up on
cpanel linux. Now that I have a tempory site the license keys became
invalid ( i paid for one site) I just paid for Calendar Pro and Event
Ticket last week. They would not work in Word press so I had to pay someone
to help me figure how what was wrong. I paid Godaddy to switch over to
Linux because my developer said the two plugins were working fine in Linux.
Now I have a temporary site and the 2 subscriptions will not transfer
over. I need to contact Godaddy and get my final webpage address so that
the 2 plugin subscriptions will work. I do feel that the 40 hours that I
spent and the extra $200 has made me not be very happy with Modern Tribe
calendar and ticket event. There must be a better program for calendar
events that what I have had with your products. Very disappointed in what
should have been an easy install and set up.
I am asking to have Modern Tribe reset my subscriptions so that I can
download them back into my wordpress linux site. Thanks.@

Hi there,

You just need to go into you account and click on License Keys. Here you can remove the license key from any old or development sites.
