Hello
I’m getting an “HTTP ERROR 500” message at my Add Events Community Calendar page: http://www.boyleheightsbeat.com/events/community/add
The other community calendar pages, e.g. List, work fine: http://www.boyleheightsbeat.com/events/community/list
I have upgraded all Calendar plugins (Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro, and Community Events) to the latest versions. Following the advice in other support threads, I’ve tried resetting permalinks, to no effect. Disabling pretty permalinks for the entire site is not an option, so the shortcode solution described here won’t work: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/linking-to-community-events-pages/
Do you have any other ideas what I could try to resolve this or identify the problem?
(note, I do have an active license, but as we’re developing a new site the license is set to the staging site now, and I’m updating plugins on this live site via FTP)
thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the Add Events Community Calendar page not working properly for you. I would love to help you with this topic.
The first thing I would recommend is actually to upgrade Community Events to 4.4.6 (as it appears you are still using 4.1.1 for some reason).
Could you also please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

Thanks so much for pointing out that the plugin needed to be upgraded. I guess I missed that. I upgraded Community Events to 4.4.6 and now the Add Event form appears at http://www.boyleheightsbeat.com/events/community/add
The submitted events don’t appear in the Admin Panel, but that’s a known conflict with WPML and I know how to fix that.
thank you!
