    Hi,
I have purchased Events Calendar Pro today after doing some testing. I still have some small questions that I could’t find out.

I created a test event and put a description in it. The calendar shows the event and the tooltip the description as expected. But it seems, that the tooltip only shows the_excerpt() because all HTML Tags are stripped of the text.(I don’t have an excerpt set) I looked in table.php (which I copied in /events in my current template folder) and it seems that the truncate() function is the problem.

How can I change this to use HTML in the tooltips ?

Is it possible to let the tooltip last a little longer? At the moment the tooltip disappear when I leave the event div in the calendar and i would like it to last a few seconds longer.

    Regards
    Achim

Hey Achim. At this point HTML is not supported in the tooltips; there may be a way to work around that via a code tweak but I’ll have to get a dev to speak to that directly…no guarantees but if they can point you in the right direction they’ll do their best.

Adjusting the tooltip hover duration would probably be doable, but it would require modifying the core plugin files (which is not advised and unfortunately not supported).

Hope this helps. Stay tuned on the first point and I’ll have someone comment directly as soon as possible. Appreciate your patience in the interim.
