How we can change time interval duration from time picker ?

We would like to 15 minute time interval duration from back end time picker selection.
Could help us how we can change that time duration thing?
Any code snippet regarding time interval changes.

We would like to some thing like :
9:00 AM
9:15 Am
9:45 AM
10: 00 AM

This could be added either to a custom plugin (preferred) or else to your theme’s functions.php file.

How we can add 24 hours time format in drop down list?

Bart,

To enable the 24 hour time format, navigate in the WordPress Dashboard to Settings > General amd change the sitewide “Time Format” setting to H:i.
