Thanks for getting in touch. Your post was originally in the Pre-Sales forum, but I’ve moved it into the Events Calendar PRO Forum since that’s what it is about.
I took a look at the site, and it appears that you or your client has added that button (and the registration capabilities) as a customization. The button itself may even be in the Event Description- have you tried looking there? We’ll do our best to help, but it is difficult to assist with third-party customizations like this one. If you know who added the Register buttons, you might check with them for more details on how they did it- and how you can undo it.
