    Hello there!

I already bought your plugins and got a refund, because Events Tickets Plus is not compatible with WPML. Is there another way to translate it and make it work? Maybe with Poedit?

    I would appreciate your answer.

    Greetings!

Good evening Rubén and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

At this point the incompatibility between Event Tickets Plus and WPML is not because of the translations not being there.
It is caused by the interaction between the 2 plugins.

As a temporary solution, my best advice would be to use the Events Calendar or the Events Calendar Pro alongside WPML + WooCommerce + WooCommerce Multilingual.

I would create “tickets” basic products (just a normal WooCommerce product) and would provide a link to the WooCommerce product in the Event description.

It is certainly not as flexible and well integrated as our ETP solution, but it can work in the meantime.

On a side note, complete WPML integration for all of our add-ons is on our roadmap.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned!

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.
