how to submit event and then have validation

i would like to buy your product, but i can not find if this is possible to do this :

an user wordpress create an event, choose an other user with a dropdown list, then the last user, need to validate this event

Thanks for emailing support. A user can create an event but cannot choose who approves it. An admin to the site would need to approve it.
