MemberHello Jeppe
To use Photo View on your /events page, go to Events » Settings » Display » Default View and select Photo.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHello Jeppe
To hide only the search box, can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS?
.tribe-bar-search-filter {display: none !important}To hide the entire bar:
.tribe-bar-filters {display: none !important}Image galleries are supported.  We do support the default Gallery functionality that comes packaged in WordPress. I’d suggest testing your site with Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ if you aren’t seeing image galleries working now.
Please let me know if that works for you.
Thanks
