    Hello guys,

I need to know if there is a way to print an event’s featured image out of the loop.

I would like to display the feature image on top of my content as if it was a slider (sort of…) but the function tribe_event_featured_image() only works inside the loop.

I tried calling the function and setting an id as parameter and it worked but it was then when i realized that when the events pages are being displayed the id of the main loop is being set to -999.

Can I get some help here!?

    Thanks in advance!

    OK, I solved it.

The problem was that my events page template was calling a loop so the it was creating a sort of loop within a loop problem.

I recommend to use the basic structure that the default template comes with… I still havent been able to create my own file. As for now I’m only editing the default template file.
