    I want to pay the invoice for our organization’s plug in. I do not know the pass word etc for the account for the last person who paid for it using her credit card and I do not want to bother her to get the information. I want to pay by credit card too. Do I need to go to the trouble of setting up another account?

    Thanks for taking the time to reach out! Unfortunately, if you’re unable to reach the person who originally set up your account to obtain the login credentials, it sounds like you may need to purchase a new license and set up a new account with us. That said, if your current licensing is only being used by your organization, and you’ve been designated as the new point person for plugin setup and renewals, we may be able to assist you with transferring the existing account to your name and email address. This type of transfer would need to be authorized by the original account holder. Feel free to reach out to us via email if you’d like to discuss specifics, and we’ll see where we can go from there!
