Unfortunately, if you’re unable to reach the person who originally set up your account to obtain the login credentials, it sounds like you may need to purchase a new license and set up a new account with us. That said, if your current licensing is only being used by your organization, and you’ve been designated as the new point person for plugin setup and renewals, we may be able to assist you with transferring the existing account to your name and email address.
