How to move my events from our staging server to our real site

Hello,

I am in need of help in trying to go through and move our events from one website which was a live version and is now our staging to a different one which is now our live server. I have already gone through and moved the license over to the new server, but I need to know these two things:
1. How do I export the events from my old site that are already there
2. How do I then import them to my new site?

Even if there isn’t an export tool, if you would tell me the path of where the events are stored, I could then move that file over on our server, not having to do it through wordpress.

Hi Jason,

We don’t provide anything specific for migrating events because the process is the same and more specific to WordPress in general whether you are using our plugin or not. I would suggest you first take a look at this article or some others on the net on how to migrate things: http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress – one tool I frequently use to help with this process is: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-migrate-db/ – another good tool is: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/duplicator/ – you can also try using the built in WordPress exporter found in Tools > Export. That won’t move your files though, and not your entire database, only your posts and post content.
