    Hi,

I’ve been using Event Calendar as my main module for my website (www.HackAgenda.com.br), but the way it works now has been criticized by certain people, or other people who wish to add the events themselves.

The way it works now, they’d have to email me the events so I could add it for them.

I’d like to know if it’s possible to let users create new events, maybe logging in using their Twitter/Facebook? and then make it pendent for moderator’s approval (me and my friend who run the site), or just let them add right away and we’d moderate it later.

    Hi memeco,

It sounds like you’re looking for our Community Events add-on. It allows users to submit events and you can choose whether they are published immediately or need approval. You can find out more about it at https://theeventscalendar.com/shop/wordpress-community-events/ and check out the New User Primer to see what it’s all about https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/community-events-new-user-primer/

Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.
