How to keep license if we move the site?

Hi Modern Tribe!

We’re planning to move the website we have at sub.example.com to example.com. We’re just pulling it out of our staging subdomain and moving it to the main address. Do you have any suggestions about how to best do this with a WordPress site? Will this affect our licenses? Would you advise against a fresh WP install because it would not allow us to use the license?

I ask because I want to make sure we keep our license and don’t have issues, but also am asking what approach you would recommend to best move a site from one area to another.

Whelp, I guess I didn’t need this answered. I just pointed the domain to the WP install and database, so nothing changed!

However, the answer to this question might be good for others to know. 🙂
