How to install the plugin when my IT group bought it

My group does not have a credit card or paypal, so we asked our IT group to purchase a personal license for our web page. We have the free version installed, but want to use PRO and Community Events. The IT groups has sent me the license key they purchased today for us, but since I don’t have a login I can’t get to the product.

Is there a way you can create a login for me so I can install and put in the license key?
