How To Grab Custom Meta Data

I have added with the plugin a new field radio check called “Featured Event”

How could I check against if that box is checked or not with the templates?

Reason for this is I want to display a different layout based on if they have checked the it as a featured event or not.

I wasn’t able to find a way to make a custom page template for events where you could choose a different page layout, per event, so I thought using the custom meta data may be a work-around.

If there is an easier way or not, please let me know.

My goal is to be able to have Featured Events serve a different single layout than the standard other events.

You should be able to use https://theeventscalendar.com/function/tribe_get_event_meta/ (usually the recommended way to go) or https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_post_meta/ (WordPress core function)
