How to get iCal Import license transferred to Event Aggregator?

Under your knowledge base it says: “any user who has a valid license for Facebook Events or iCal Importer automatically gets a valid license for Event Aggregator.”

I have a recently renewed Agency license for iCal Importer, how do I transfer it so I can use Events Aggregator?
Not knowing the license can be transferred I also purchased a separate license for EA, can I still get a refund?

Hi Kenneth,

Great question! You actually have a complimentary Event Aggregator license in your account for being an existing iCal Importer license holder. In other words, there is no need to transfer the license from one product to the other and you should be good to go.

Please let me know if you are not seeing the Event Aggregator license in your account for whatever reason and we would be happy to look into it further with you.

And yes, I can certainly refund you for the additional Event Aggregator license you purhcased. Would you like me to go ahead and process that for you? Please let me know.
