    I have events that are recurring — e.g. first Monday of every month.
    If someone select the first Monday of Feb, adds a ticket to their cart, and checks out, then the detail of the actual date and time is lost.
    Does not show up in email to the buyer and does not show up in check out summary.

    How do I get the date and time to show up on the ticket description?

    Hi Amy, and thanks for getting in touch!

    I’m afraid the issue is here is that recurring events do not support ticket sales at this time. It is something we have started working on for a future release, but is not available yet. To get the date and times in working order, the event will have to be a single event not in a recurring series instead.
