How can I show a message saying tickets available at the gate on a certain ticket type after it expires?

    Hi Kristie,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

One way you can achieve this is to change the “This event has passed” text to say whatever message you’d like to convey.

You can do this by modifying the snippet provided in the following article:

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

My events are presale and the tickets are only available online until two
days before the event. After that they are available at the gate, but the
tickets just drop off of the screen and I would like them to stay there but
say they need to be purchased at the gate.

    Hi Kristie,

You can adjust the Start and End Sale Date/Time, so that the tickets stay available.  You can do this by going to your Edit Event page, and edit your ticket by clicking on the pencil icon on the right.

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
