How to Disable Related Events?

Is there a way to disable the “Related Events” area on an individual event listing? It’s showing events it claims are related but really have nothing to do with the current event in question. I don’t know where/why it’s getting this information. In my case showing related events is going to confuse visitors. How do I disable it? Thanks.

Great question! In addition to disabling it, how can you remove the thumbnail associated with it?
