    Hi …
We have Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus & WooCommerce. Where do I create a ticket? … I am unable to find an option to do this or information in Knowledgebase.
    Thank you!

    Hi …
I think I have worked it out. I need to create a post or page … or if Events Calendar is installed, an event … to create the tickets. The tickets don’t appear directly in the WooCommerce product options. Is this correct?

    Hi …

Question: Should I be able to create a ticket in a WooCommerce Product?

In the meantime it seems that I am unable to create a ticket without an event, so have downloaded Events Calendar.

    Two issues:
[1] I have created an event with tickets, however there is no link on the Single Page Events Listing to “buy tickets”.
[2] On the Shop Page, the tickets are listed, however when selected the link goes to the Single Page Event Listing … where there is no link / button to ‘buy tickets’.

    All help greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!

    Hi there Belina,

Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let’s start from the beginning 🙂

Please start by reading the getting started article for Events Tickets and Event Tickets Plus → New User Primer: Event Tickets & Event Tickets Plus. This article will lead you to others, probably the most import at this point is the one to make tickets → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-tickets/

On your other question is not necessary to have events in order to sell tickets, you can add tickets to other post types like posts or pages. To enable this, just go to ‘WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Tickets > Post types that can have tickets’.

Please let me know if things are clearer after reviewing the articles I shared with you,
    Best,
    Nico
