How to change the mouseover popup layout?

Hey there,
I was wondering how to change the layout of the little screen that pops up when you hover your mouse over an event in the calendar.

For example, I can not seem to manage adding line breaks or listing stuff so it can be placed in a column. All text just gets placed next to eachother.

I am no coder so I hope someone can explain in simple terms.

Thanks for reaching out, and hopefully I can point you in the direction here. First, take a look at our themer’s guide, to see how to override template files. Then you’ll want to override and modify the ‘views/month/single-event.php’ file in order to change the content of the dropdown as you’d like.

Since customizing the template files does require some code knowledge, it’s possible that this might be outside the realm of your expertise. If that’s the case, I’d encourage you to look for a developer that might be able to help you make the customizations that you’re looking for.

Ok thanks I understand that, but the knowledge alone of how to get stuff to appear listed would help me greatly.

Could you point me in the right direction to find out how to code that into the single-event.php?
