How to change the map style in the single events template. Remove buttons and map in diferent color.

Hello Valdis

We’re a bit limited in the map color. This is actually set by using the Google Maps API. However, we might be able to help with the buttons. Can you tell me specifically which buttons you wanted to have removed, or send a screenshot showing those?

in my experience with diferent map plugins, there is ability to implement map styling configs from (https://mapstyle.withgoogle.com/).
Remove map buttons (map type, full window, street view and change map icon).

Our plugin doesn’t support modifying Google Calendar like that. We do make it possible to customize our plugins by overriding our settings with your own code. For that, check out our Themer’s Guide.

Not the best solution, but other users have opted to not use our integration with Google Maps and instead add their own styled maps to each event instead. https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/stlye-google-maps/#post-960723
