How to change the 'From' email address after registration

When a user registers on my site, the registration email that is sent back to the user displays my hosting providers details. I have been trying to change that – but I can’t seem to figure it out. With previous themes, it was a simple field buried somewhere in setting – but i can’t can’t find anything related.
