How to change the currency?

Hello. Recently I bought a template from the module “Events Calendar” in the basic version. Unfortunately, I have a problem with change the displayed currency, and decided to ask for help.

When you try to change it in the settings module or events, the plugin did not save. The default currency is the pound (GBP / £), I would change it in the Polish currency (PLN), but after saving the settings do not see any results. I also have a similar problem with the “currency symbol follows the value,” it also does not change.
