ParticipantHello,
I just got Events Tickets Plus for an organization website I am developing and ran into a roadblock. By default ticket generation is on the events type pages and I did that, but now they want me to move them to a registration page instead. I don’t see any way to do that, and maybe I’m missing something but that would seem an obvious thing. It also doesn’t show in the Woocommerce shop which is ok, but there is also a problem with users being able to change the ticket quantity in cart without modifying the collected information. This is also a problem on the ticket’s product page.
Anyway I looked through the DB in phpmyadmin and it looks like the tickets are a custom post type, but I didn’t see any reference to price, quantity, or most importantly association with the post/page they are on so that I can edit it that way.
Any help would be appreciated. Also, I am part time and won’t get to check back in for about a week so don’t close please.

ParticipantOk now I see this phpmyadmin showall only worked on posts table, but will be looking at the postmeta to see if I can change the page assignment
Ok I think I just fixed it, I had to change the associated page id on the meta key for _tribe_wooticket_for_event. Hopefully that doesn’t break anything… leaving open for a week just in case it does.

MemberHowdy Rajiv,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us! I’ll help you here…
Hopefully there’s an easier way of doing so, props on the effort anyway 😉
Just go to WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Tickets > Post types that can have tickets and choose which post types can have tickets functionality enabled! I’m not 100% if changing the meta field as you did would cause any issue, my guess is not. But if you have some extra minutes and want to set this up again it might be a good idea.
The topics are auto-closed after two weeks of inactivity so you should be good checking once a week!
