Dear Modern Tribe,
I would kindly like to please request a refund for our event tickets plus purchase. We purchased it within the last 30 days, and saw that you offer the 30 day refund.
The reason we are unable to use the product in the end, is that we have a lot of complicated tickets, such as retreats with around 7 different prices, and on top of that 6 different accommodation options, plus different additional extras.
This is just one example, but most of our events need the ability to categorize our tickets into things like “Accommodation”, “program”, “extras” “specials” etc, otherwise it looks too difficult to navigate.
There were a few other limitations as well that we experienced, and although are very happy overall with modern tribe products, we have realized we are unable to proceed with the use of event tickets plus.
Can you please advise and confirm that we can receive a full refund for our purchase? Here are our details:
Paid for on 15 May 2017 – 15 May 2018.
I can give you our license key too if you need it, but I wasn’t sure whether to type it in this forum or not.
