    I have 2 questions:

    1. How to block a user that is sending to https://www.evalcommunity.com/submit-your-event/ a lot of abusive words that are not related to the services. It is creating problems because these “events” are being published at the Calendar.

    2. I’ m receiving a lot of requests to publish professional events at https://www.evalcommunity.com/events/ . For that, I have created several plans but all users are selecting the free plans and I’m doing free job. The customers are interested to send their events to the calendar, but they always profit from free plans. Could you give me any advice how to develop the business aspect of published events, so, what to offer or how to be more attractive in order to be paid sometimes for publishing their events. In that framework, do you have in your mind any services that I can add and that it will be useful for the potential customers.

    Hi Fation,

Thanks for reaching out with your questions.

    How to block a user

I believe a plugin like this would be helpful in that. And there are other options as well, we do not have a best practice for this. You can try the results of this search.

In our premium forums we only support technical issues of our plugins. For your request an agency offering business consultation might be better suited. I might be able to give you some ideas but I’m not a business guy myself, so you might be only worse off. 🙂

    Cheers,

    Hi Andras,

Many thanks for your answer. I installed the Block a user plugin, and it works.

In regard with the second question, I would like to have your technical advice how to use better the functionality of The events Calendar: for example do you recommend any other plugin that I can use, and it may influence the events organiser to pay for publishing their events..

Why you don’t share with me your ideas? . It will be also really appreciated.

    Hey Fation,

There are quite a number of plugins that will allow you to set up different membership levels for different fees, if that is what you are looking for. There should be some for WooCommerce and some independent ones as well. If you search for “WordPress membership plugin” you will get plenty of results. I cannot really recommend any because I have no experience with them whatsoever, so my recommendation would be a wild shot in the dark.

    Hope this helps. 🙂

Do you have any other questions I might be able to help you with?

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
