How to batch authorise events?

    We have purchased Pro and are just in the pre-launch testing phase.

    So let’s say a user submits 10/20/30 dates for a single event type.

    As far as I can see, I have to go into every singel instance of each of these 10/20/30 events to authorise if for publication.

    Or am I missing somerthing?

    I cannot find this in the documentation, and as we are trying to go live wuld appreciate a quick response please.

    Hi Jeff,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    If you go under Events > Settings > Community > Default status for submitted events, you can change it to “Published”, which will automatically publish events submitted from the front end form without you having to review them.

    If you would like to review them and just publish them all at one time, you can set the default status to “Draft” and go to the Events page (to view all events on the back end). Click “Draft”, select the events you want to bulk authorize, and select “Edit” from the Bulk Actions dropdown, and click the “Apply” button (see screenshot). You can then change the status to “Published” and click the “Update” button.

    If you’d like some more advanced filtering options for that page to help you find the events you want to authorize faster, I’d recommend trying out our free Advanced Post Manager plugin.
