How to add multiple day workshop?

Hello! We have many two day workshops that occur a week apart from each other that we want to display in our events list. So, for example, we have a workshop on Tuesday the 11th and it continues on Tuesday the 18th. You have to pay for both days in one price, so we want them displayed as a single event, not a recurring event. However, the only way we can see to display it as a single event is to have the start time Tuesday the 11th at 7:30pm and the end time at Tuesday the 18th at 9pm. This displays in the calendar list feed and the widget event list as March 11 7:30pm – March 18 9pm, which is not really accurate. We’d like it to say March 11 7:30 – 9pm & March 18 7:30 – 9pm. Is there any way to accomplish this?
