How To Add LOGO/BRANDING to Customer's Tickets & Ticket Layout

I would Like to Add my branding/logo to the header or footer of the Digital ticket that is emailed to Purchaser/Customer.

&

I would like to change the layout of the ticket emailed to Purchaser/Customer. I would like to make the ticket image smaller and place the qr code on the same page. (currently, the qr code is below th event information & event iage but it is on a 2nd page of the email to customer.

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.

I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

To safely modify the ticket email I would recommend you to make a copy of event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php and place that copy in [your-theme]/tribe-events/tickets/email.php

Open the file you just copied to your theme’s directory and modify lines you want.
