How long for non-profit approval

Hi, I submitted a request for a free license for our non-profit by I haven’t heard anything yet. Can someone help me check on the status? I think it’s been about 2 weeks maybe more. Not sure if that’s normal.

So sorry for the delay!

We are usually able to turn around applications one week from when they are received, though that does vary a bit.

I tried looking up an application with your email address but did not see any from the past two weeks and beyond. Do you happen to know the exact date it was submitted and what email address to look for? I;d be happy to dig a little deeper to locate it from there.

I’m really sorry, but it looks like the application never came though. We had two applications submitted on July 1 but neither of them seem to be from you, or at least contain your name or email address.
