How Location works in Event Search Bar

Hi All,

I tried to search using the location in the Search Bar.

I get results if i enter City, State, Country.
I get no results if i enter just Country or Country, State.

Can somebody explain how the search bar works. Is there any documentation for it?

Hi,

The Location Searches use geo location data from Google and figures out what is closest from there.

The Country is to large of any area of the location to search as there is no specific point to return results from.

Depending on their size states may work, and cities are usually the best option.

I increased Map view search distance limit from 50 to 500, after that location search behavior is different.
