ParticipantHello,
I’ve moved my website to another webhost and I get this comment on my wordpress install: “You have entered license keys for Event Tickets Plus, The Events Calendar PRO, The Events Calendar: Community Events, The Events Calendar: Filter Bar and The Events Calendar: Community Events Tickets but your keys are out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to to manage your installs, upgrade your licenses, or purchase new ones.”
How do I manage my installs?
Friendly greetings,
Erik Willekens

MemberGood evening Erik and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about that message creeping up on you after moving to a different webhost.
I would love to help you with this topic.Basically, you might want to read the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
Simply put, disconnecting and reconnecting all of your licenses should do the trick.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

ParticipantHello,
I currently cannot access my install because the webdomain DNS is already transferred to the new host and I don’t know how to access wordpress from the old account.
The account is due for deletion tomorrow, so I will probably not have the opportunity to reassign my installs. Is there a way to reset the process from your end?
have a nice weekend,
Erik

MemberHey Erik,
First of all, I want to apologize.
I did reply to this, but somehow it looks like a system glitch got in the way and made my reply vanish 🙁
The simplest way to do this is to head over to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys/
You will be able to disconnect all your licenses from there and reconnect them manually.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

ParticipantHey Geoff,
Thanks for the link. Small note: it was only necessary to disconnect the licenses in the link you gave me. The licenses on the new webhost got approved without needing to do anything.
Have a nice day,
Erik
