How do I disable the title bar on top and Google and ical calendars on bottom?

I’m not able to disable the title and ical and google calendar options from the page. How do I do that? I’ve marked the attache file for example. Thanks.

You can hide or remove this information using either CSS or custom template overrides as outlined in our Themer’s Guide.
