how do I disable sandbox mode from event tickets plus

I just installed the Events Tickets Plus to my Events Calendar Pro. At somewhere along the line of setting up a new paypal account, installing tickets plus, installing woocommerce, I enabled sandbox mode. I want to go live and stop orders going to the sandbox. But, I don’t see where to do that. Paypal by Braintree plugin doesn’t say sandbox mode is enabled. But, when I go to purchase something on my site, it goes into sandbox mode.

Hi, Karen.

I believe you’re looking for this:

wp-admin > Events > Settings > Community > check the “Enable split payments” box > uncheck the “Use PayPal sandbox” box

If that doesn’t solve it for you, please check your settings directly at PayPal and let me know what you find out.
