How do i customize the ticket (woocommerce) the customer gets? need to add text

I’ve found a couple posts on this, tried to follow the instructions but none of the files seem to be where you had previously said they where located?

Please provide details about what type of tickets you’re trying to customize the email for: RSVP, WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, etc.
