How can I translate all the titles?

Hey there,
I have my website in Arabic language which I installed The Events Calendar, when I first installed it some of the headings were translated into Arabic and mostly were still in English such as the titles in the Event page and the ticketing form, I tried customizing the php files and found some of it and translated it manually but I couldn’t find the rest.
Could you please tell me in which php files they are located? so I can translate it all, or if you have any other way to translate.
