I would like to remove just the tribe-bar-filters part of the filter bar i.e. Events In, Search and Near boxes and their labels.

I have tried doing this with css using display:none; but I don;t seem to be able to make this work thrugh my style.css file even though I can temporarily make the change when using the browser to insepct.

The website is not live currently and so I cannot easily give access.

Good evening Matt and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

There are a couple of ways to accomplish what you are looking for:

    1. Head over to Events -> Settings -> Display and look for the Disable the Event Search Bar option. Check it.
    2. Using a template override (custom view). You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works. You would simply need to remove the code generating the Tribe bar.

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!
