How can I purchase the Pro ver. to use on a development domain and later switch

I’m am developing a site for the company. I need to purchase the Pro version. Will the purchase be tied to a domain? or will I be provided with a key I can use on any domain.

I’m asking because Im developing and testing the site on a different domain (e.g. http://www.siteA.com) and plan to deploy it on a different domain when done (www.siteB.com). Will I run into issues???
