How can a user cancel an order

If a user has placed an order for a free ticket, how can they then cancel that order? I can’t see an option to do this in the order section.

It looks like that isn’t currently possible with Event Tickets. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-cancel-tickets-order/

If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
