Hovering over event in month view expands vertically incorrectly

When hovering over an event on the monthly view causes the event to expand downward stretching the day box off the screen (see attached images). We are using the latest versions of TEC and TEC Pro. Please advise.

Thanks for your detailed question and then also sharing that you discovered the answer. Your findings are correct from our past experience.

Our JS and CSS are already minified.
