ParticipantHi
I was directed to this forum by Caroline. Here is our conversation so far…
Hi
I’m developing a site cube.sojo.io and I am using your plugin on their what’s on page (http://cube.sojo.io/events/). When in month view I can see the bottom of the hover details box but it seems to be cut off before any info can be shown.
Please could you take a look and let me know why this is occurring?
Sophie
Hi @sojoio,Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble! I’m happy to help troubleshoot this with you to see what’s happening.
First of all, please make sure you are using the latest version of our plugins. Once you’ve done that, will you please follow the steps outlined in this article? This will allow us to determine if there is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Let’s start there and see what we find!….
This is the url of the website under construction. http://cube.sojo.io/. The website was almost complete before starting this process.
I switched to twenty sixteen, and deactivated all other plugins. The problem with the calendar view was resolved.
When I switched back to my theme (Quill) the problem happened again, so to start with I guess there is a conflict between Quill and Event Calendar PRO.
Also – when running in Quill (I think as a result of the pop up info box not showing) I seem to have a nasty horizontal scroll bar which appears when you hover over any event.
FYI the plugins I am running at present are:
Akismet
Checkfront Online Booking System
Contact Form 7
Duplicator
Jetpack
Page Builder by Site Origin
Postman SMTP
Simple Custom CSS
Site Origin Widgets Bundle
Toolset Types
Wordpress ImporterAre there any known conflicts with these plugins?

MemberHi there Sophie,
Thanks so much for getting in touch with us! I can help you on this 🙂
Although we don’t support conflicts with themes, in this case a small snippet makes it right. Try pasting the following code in your theme’s (or child theme’s) stylesheet or via Simple Custom CSS plugin:
/* Tribe, fix tooltips display issue */
table.tribe-events-calendar td .tribe_events {
overflow: visible;
}
Please let me know if the above helps,
Best,
